Lock/Unlock Previous Reports |

As a security measure, ReportCard will lock all previous reports by default. This means that they cannot be edited. However, this feature can be over riden using the admin options toool bar. 
- Using the Admin Options Toolbar, select Lock/Unlock Reports
- At the bottom of the window shows the status of the locking mechanism.
- Click the Lock/Unlock botton to toggle the status.
- NOTE: remember to lock the reports again after unlocking
