Student Data Systems

There are 3 files that need to be saved to a  folder on your school curriculum server (or a server where teachers have access).

1. ReportCard.mdb (Main database)
2. ReportCardExportUtility.mdb
3. ReportCard.ico (Desktop shortcut icon)

The folder must have read/write privilleges enabled.  You will easily know if read/write is not enabled because ReportCard will open with blank pages.

Please see you systems technician to set read/write permissions on your server.

TIPS:

Ensure adaquate server security prevents students from accessing ReportCard.

Backup ReportCard to a backup device daily, especially during peak reporting periods.
