After teachers have completed their reports and returned their flash memory to school, the data then needs to be migrated back to the original "server" database. From the main page, select the home users tab. (This may be hidden depending on how Reportcard was set up. See Options SetUp Templates) 
Select the appropriate discipline from the drop down menu on the splash screen below and click IMPORT. The import process takes around 20 - 30 seconds to complete and may even be quicker on more modern machines. TIP: Once data import is complete, run a data validation whilst the teacher is with you to ensure that all data is captured. This is a time saving process because missing data is immediately identified and the teacher can immediately begin updating reports.
