Student Data Systems

ReportCard provides a facility to clear dummy data after testing. 

Backup ReportCard First!!

This function clears selected student data and ought to be used after setup and testing.  Setup data is NOT deleted.  Deleted data includes:

1. Student classroom data, including absences for the selected year and period.
2. Student specialist data for the selected year and period
3. Student special education data for the selected year and period
4. Student instrumental music data for the selected year and period
5. Student photo data for the selected year and period

No other data is deleted.

CAUTION: This function DELETES data.  Be clear on what your are doing.

1. From the Admin Tool Bar, Select Clear Dummy Data 
2. Select the current Year date
3. Select the current period
4. Click CLEAR
