Change SMS Export to Sentence Case |

After exporting student data from SMS, the data is saved as an Excel spreadsheet. You will notice that student names are UPPER CASE. Changing this to sentence case requires some simple maniplulaption in excel BEFORE the data is imported into Report Card. Once this has been done, all student names will appear in sentence case. As a result, student names in the comment bank will appear correctly rather than UPPER case as it was previously. Click here to go to the Microsoft site for a simple demonstration.
