Bulk Spell Checker

The bulk spell checker allows the checking of spelling for each comment field.  Previous versions only allowed one comment at a time in the comment bank editor.

1. From the Admin toolbar Menu, select Bulk Spell Check
2. Select the appropriate year date
3. Select the appropriate period
4. Select the appropriate Roll Class
5. Select the comment field you wish to bulk spell check
6. Click the Run Spell Check button
7. Use the record selectors to cycle through individual comments.
