From time to time problems can occur with software ranging from programing errors to a spelling mistake on a report. If this occurs, Student Data Systems will issue a fix to overcome the error. Even if the error doesn't affect you, install the fix anyway to maintain consistency of the program. See the Student Data Systems Data Policy before installation Concept The Student Data Systems fix will insert the necessary code into ReportCard to overcome the error.  Updates required on server version of ReportCard.
Instructions - BACKUP REPORTCARD
- Ensure ReportCard is closed and all users are logged off
- Download the fix and save it to your desktop (you can delete it after you've run it)
- Unzip and extract to your desktop. Click here if you need help
- Open the fix
- Browse for ReportCard on your server.
- Click Update
