Student Data Systems

This function tracks which high schools your students attend after leaving their final year of primary school.

1. Choose the school tab on the function bar
2. Select destinations
3. Select the Data Enty tab
4. Select the applicable destination school for the student
5. Click Add and Next.  This adds the student and moves to the next student.

Editing the schools list

1. Click Edit list
2. Add or delete school as necessary

History Tab

This shows how many students have gone to each school in the list for every year.

Current List Tab

Shows which students are going to which school in the current year.
