- Convert the files to spreadsheets. The data from the CDW are actually text files... even though they have an xls extension that looks like a spreadsheet. We need to convert these files to spreadsheets.
- Import the data into KidTrack.
Downloading your data - Access the CDW from your EDInfo Intranet. Call your performance measurement officer or the Help Desk if you are unsure how to do this . You may need a CDW password.
- Select the appropriate data set to download. In this example, year 3 data has been selected. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the Data Export Section. Select Student Data.
