The data entry section of KidTrack is password protected. This ensures that key personnel enter data ensuring that data is always entered correctly. Currently, there are 7 data entry points: - Comprehension: suitable for TORCH tests etc...
- Spelling: suitable for base line spelling tests and spelling ages eg South Australian spelling test
- Support a reader/Writer/Number: show if a student participated in a support program
- Phonemeic Awareness: eg. Early childhood suitability tests etc...
- PM benchmarking: collates PM benchmark scores
- Sight Words: suitable for dolche tests etc...
- PROBE: specific comprehension tool
Student data systems will be adding further facilites to capture a range of ACER tests very soon. - Select a roll class from the selector in the top right
- Select the area of data capture by clicking the appropriate data capture form.
Select the appropriate student from the list. Enter the student test scores in the appropriate cells. Click confirm data to save the student scores NOTE: Only numerical data can be entered as student scores. Alpha data cannot be calculated, thus it won't save.
