Student Data Systems Cancellation Policy Demonstration cancellation Same day cancellation of a scheduled software demonstration will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the retail price of the software being demonstrated. Day before cancellation of the scheduled software demonstration will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the retail price of the software being demonstrated. Debt collection agencies will be authorized to collect cancellation fees if not paid with 7 days of cancellation.
